UPS is our preferred shipper. We support all UPS shipping methods, including express
and international deliveries. We will also ship USPS for Express and Priority
packages. Most orders will be shipped within three business days after order is received.
In the case of an item being on back-order, we will ship your order the same day the item is received by
us, and we will use the method of shipping that was on the order. Champion Canopies & Tarps will replace any product that is defective in material or
workmanship within 30 days after shipment. This does not cover damage due to, but not limited
to, wind, snow, fire, acts of God, misuse, improper fastening, securing or installation of the
products. Champion Canopies & Tarps and representatives of Champion Canopies & Tarps are
not liable for any damages in connection with the use of the products.
You may return an un-opened item within 30 days after shipment for a refund of the value of the item. After the item is received, a refund will be issued. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from all returned items. Shipping fees are not refundable as well as all credit card fees.All refunds over $25 will be issued by check.
